Important Info: All bookings are subject to terms and conditions. Web Galleries last for 6 months from the date of activation. All albums/print orders must be collected from the office unless agreed otherwise whereas postage charges will apply. Anything remaining uncollected for a period of 120 days after arrival is subject to disposal without compensation. Your images maybe used on social media, if you would rather not just put it on your booking form. First dance must be before 9pm to be covered. Bridal preparations start 2 hours before the ceremony. It is the client’s responsibility to get in touch after the wedding. 3 smoke bombs are included, these are weather and venue dependant it is the client’s responsibility to ensure the venue permits use. Smoke bombs can only be used under safe conditions and offer no monetary value. The storybook album, accordions and canvas image choices MUST be submitted and approved for production within 6 months of your wedding date or they will be forfeited. The digital download lasts for 6 months, the USB is supplied with the album and can’t be provided separately. Videography allows 2 revision rounds. Once a revision is approved it is finalised in the project and cannot be altered, it is the clients responsibility to check they are satisfied before approving the project. The photobooth will run for 3 hours at pre agreed times. The audio guest book and replica phone box will be available from pre agreed times.
